How to Use
「〜によると/〜によれば」は、情報源を示しながら、その情報源から得た情報を伝える際に使用します。公式な情報源だけでなく、友人や知人から聞いた噂や不確かな情報を伝える際にも使用できます。多くの場合、「そうです」「らしいです」「とのことです」などの伝聞表現と一緒に使います。
"~ni yoru to/~ni yoreba" is used to introduce information while citing its source. It can be used not only for official sources but also for rumors or uncertain information heard from friends or acquaintances. It is often used with expressions indicating hearsay such as "~sō desu," "~rashii desu," or "~to no koto desu."
