How to Use
「ことになっている」は、決定事項、規則、予定、取り決めを表現するときに使います。特に「そのように決まっている」「そういう規則だ」という客観的な事実を述べるときによく使われます。
"Koto ni natte iru" is used to express established rules, decisions, plans, or arrangements. It indicates that something has been decided or determined, emphasizing the official or formal nature of the arrangement.
Main Uses
1. Expressing Established Rules / 規則の表現
「この建物は午後6時に閉まることになっています」(このたてものはごご6じにしまることになっています)
"This building is set to close at 6 PM"
Used for stating official rules or policies
